Collection

1. Client's Information Verification

Securing the information of the client is accurate and correct. ( Name, Phone Number, Address, Email Address, and Credit card information)

2. Follow-up calls

We do follow-up calls to the clients to remind them that their payment is due. This also allows us to verify each payment if they authorize it.

3. Payment arrangement letter: HelloSign Contract

We send out payment arrangement letters to the clients to document and secure their authorization. We use HelloSign to secure the contract. We send the letters through email. The letter contains the dates of the payment due. By this, the clients can also check the dates of their payments.

4. Call verification

After the agent transfers the call to us, we verify every information of the client. On set on the call, we will inform the customer that the call is recorded for security purposes of both parties. We will provide a letter regarding the payment arrangement that they can keep for their records. The letter should be signed by the client and return it to finalize the agreement. The client will be inform about his payment arrangement terms and they should agree to the terms to move to the next phase.

5. Payment process

We are using our own payment gateway to process the payments. In order to do so, we need to verify each and every payments. We call each clients that are schedule to pay their dues. We need to know if they’re aware and authorize the payment. This is to reduce the risk of chargebacks. We will send a receipt of the payment on their email.

1. Client's Information Verification

We call the clients to verify their purchase. We secure the information of the client and make sure it’s accurate and correct. ( Name, Phone Number, Address, and Email Address)

2. 7 to 10 days follow up call.

We will call the client for a follow up call to make sure product is received.

3. 30-Days follow up call.

We will call the client after 30 days to check them up, whether they satisfied with the product. Basically, it’s a after sales service.

4. Nutritional Supplements Verification

We make sure to verify and validate each and every product that the client purchase.

5. Payment process

Payment process We are NOT processing payments with our merchant account, we will have access to the customers merchant account via gateway.

6. Text message verification and Email confirmation

We also make sure that we have verify and have confirmation through text message and email. This is can be used as a secondary measure to prevent chargebacks.
